The Line (Pt. I) – Padouc & Julia Romas (2018)
Sometimes your thoughts
Are standing in a line
And they don’t want to move,
Not making a loop
Not even going deep,
it’s like falling asleep
Close your eyes,
Forms and shapes
Flashing in your mind
No closed eight
Only an open nine
Some people don’t know
The smell of a rose
Seeing everything around
But the eyes are close
Thinking: this is real but
It isn’t darling
Feeling without feeling
Sure that this is real but,
It isn’t darling
Suddenly It starts to move
Memories of a flowing groove,
Of worlds from far, far away
Of flowers becoming trees in
A simple way
Of trees growing big in just
Two seconds
Of people screaming out
Because they don’t want
More pattern
Of a smooth layer that moves
To the right
And you recognize a bird
That is made out of light
Trapped in a house
Of Big walls
Net of heavy yarn lingers
On your thoughts
A scream, a crime
And everything falls
Again it's starts to move
It’s not an open nine,
It’s the way you choose
All of the lines
Start to become banned
If there is a circle,
there is never an end
There is a place that maybe
You don’t know
A blue escape where
The magic goes
Where blue isn’t blue,
but green
A shadow game,
a purple screen
And in this reflection,
a symphony
A place between the now
becomes reality
Because every thought
is free
The butterfly effect
You ever heard of that?
One stroke of a wing,
change the world in your head
Small vibration
everything is getting mad
Sometimes your thoughts are
standing in a line
Close your eyes,
forms and shapes flashing in your mind
But now there’s an 8
No more 9
